October Meeting, Book Pick-up, November Book Nominations

Dear all,

Our first meetings are Thursday 16/10 and 23/10, where we will discuss The Breakthrough by Daphne du Maurier! Both meetings will be the same so feel free to attend either.

If you bought membership before 3pm on Friday 3 October, you can now pick up your copy of the book at South Kensington Books at 22 Thurloe St, London SW7 2LT!

Show your membership receipt email and pick up your book! We had a few issues last year with books being picked up by people who didn’t order them, so we’ve added a few rules to our collection process:

Please only pick up a book if you've purchased it
Please don't collect books on behalf of others to ensure accuracy in our records
Please don't pick up books before we have announced they are ready

Finally, please nominate books for our November meeting through the link at the bottom of this email. The theme next month is Literary Fiction Written in the 2020s! The form will close Saturday 11 October 12pm. Once the deadline is up, the committee will put together a shortlist which you will be able to vote from.

Please nominate books you would like to read for our November meeting! The theme is Literary Fiction Written in the 2020s. You can nominate as many books as you'd like but please stick to the theme and nominate books around 300 pages or less.
